Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

Original Paintings

We offer a 30-day return policy for all original paintings. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return inquiry, contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Giclee Reproductions

Please note that all fine art prints are made to order with meticulous care, and therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or changes of mind, as we do not keep any stock on hand.

Since your art piece is shipped directly from a fine art printer, please do not send it back to them using the shipping label. We cannot guarantee that it will be safely received, and this could result in a loss of your purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to address the issue promptly. For damaged items, please reach out within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process replacements for issues reported after 24 hours.

Exchanges

To securely get the item you want most quickly, return the item you have and, once the return is processed, make a new purchase for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions & Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
